TM10 Core Concept

10 Function Movements/Stations. 60s/Stations/AMRAP

At each station the athlete completes as many reps as possible within 60 seconds followed by a 120 rest as they move to the next station.

The sum of all properly completed reps is the athlete’s score for the event.
