TaMaarta League 00 Ten athletes. Ten stations. One circle. League 00 is the first TaMaarta League. Five men and five women, invited and paid to compete, take on the full Duarashé: ten stations in a ring, 60 seconds of work at each, then two minutes to move and reset. Every good rep counts. The Functional Fitness phase of TaMaarta is designed to develop real-world strength, mobility, endurance, and coordination through purposeful movement. Participants engage in exercises that mirror everyday activities, improving balance, agility, core stability, and overall physical capability. This phase emphasizes movement quality, injury prevention, and sustainable fitness, helping individuals build a body that is not only stronger but also more capable, resilient, and prepared for the demands of daily life.
